Madonna di Campiglio is a famous resort both in the winter and in the summer season. Many services, events, leisure solutions and important Alpine ski and snowboard lift systems, make it one of the biggest and most lively ski center both on a national and Alpine level.
Pinzolo is one of the most famous and active Alpine resorts; located a few kilometers from Madonna di
Campiglio, Pinzolo and its valley have a rich variety of sports plants: tennis, soccer, golf, bowls fields, ice rinks, swimming pools, archery and minigolf fields, gyms, mountain bike and fitness trails, paragliding.
A cableway will be realized very soon to connect the ski runs of Pinzolo to the ones of Madonna di Campiglio, creating one of the vastest ski plants in the Alps.
Rendena Valley
A green valley surrounded by the wonderful Adamello mountains and by the Brenta Dolomites; timeless places, able to show their legendary charm made of uncontaminated natural beauties, towns full of history and traditions, an inimitable gastronomy and sincere and simple hospitality, like the people from these mountains like to do.
The Valley gathers the Vallesinella Falls, the Campanil Basso or the Via delle Bocchette, just right in the heart of the Brenta Dolomites, or the San Giuliano lakes and peaks such as the Carè Alto, the glaciers of the Lobbie or of the Madrone in the Adamello Presanella massif. The Valley, where the Sarca runs, is also a thick net of paths to be discovered and it has many small valleys on its sides: the most famous one is the Genova, a real natural paradise cut by the tumultuous waters of a torrent branch that springs out of the hanging cirque glacier of the Mandrone.
While hiking or walking in the woods (maybe looking for mushrooms) you will discover the thousand wonders of the Adamello Brenta Natural Park.
Adamello-Brenta Park
Most of the territory in the Rendena Valley is part of the Adamello Brenta Natural Park. This park is located in the western Trentino, between the Non Valleys, the Judikarien and the Sole Valley on more than 620 sqm which include the mountains of the Adamello-Presanella (in which the vastest glacier in Europe can be found) and of the Brenta Dolomites. The Park also safeguards the water quality of the several torrents and the over 80 lakes which can be located in the area, with particular care to the Tovel "red lake".
